Ally & Steven Grady are the majority owners of South of Philly. After meeting in 2013, The Grady's dated for over 4 years before tying the knot on October 2nd, 2017.

Born and raised in Taylorsville, NC, Ally moved to the Sylva area in 2005 to attend Western Carolina University before starting her career at Harrah's Cherokee Casino & Resort in 2012. After over 5 years, Ally ventured out into the entrepreneurial world to join her husband, Steven, as owners of South of Philly. In Ally's spare time she enjoys spending time with the family animals, Little Bit, Ollie, Kiera and Max.

Canadian-raised Steven moved to the United States in 2010 at the age of 21. After spending time in Georgia and Indiana, he relocated to North Carolina where he met Allison in their jobs at the casino. After pursuing his passion of umpiring baseball professionally, Steven returned to North Carolina and followed his dreams to become his own boss and became the owner of South of Philly. In addition to his ownership duties, Steven is a collegiate baseball umpire, high school football referee, and works for The Asheville Tourists as their official scorer.
